In light of evolving updates and concerns around the coronavirus, the 2nd International Women Health and Breast Cancer Conference has been rescheduled to October 14-15, 2021. These dates provide us the opportunity to deliver a safe environment for our attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff.
Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the attendee.
4. Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, the letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact email@example.com to request a personalized letter of invitation.
Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants' account.
5. Event Time and Dates
Due to circumstances beyond the organization's control, such as force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities, the organisation retains the right to make changes to the programme, date, and/or venue. The organisation is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a consequence of an event's substitution, change, postponement, or cancellation. Also, in the event of unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances, the organiser maintains the right and has sole discretion to cancel any conference. Registrations remain valid for future events or for events with new dates and the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
6. Cancellation of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
7. Transfer of Registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to email@example.comDetails must be included the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 45 days of the respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for refund.
8. Visa Information
Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
i-Women Health 2021 will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of i-Women Health 2021, including the inability to obtain a visa.
9. Refund Policy
In the case of a cancellation, the organisation will make reasonable and acceptable alternative arrangements, such as notifying individuals who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event on the official event website. We recommend that you visit the website for conference updates. If the conference has to be postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, registrations will remain valid for events with new dates or future editions. If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, he/she can apply for a refund. Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, the following Refund Policy applies:
10. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Every hotel has its own cancellation policies for accommodation, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Q: I am currently registered for the i-Women Health 2021 and plan to attend the rescheduled meeting. What do I need to do?
A: No action is required. Your registration has been automatically been transferred to the rescheduled meeting.
Q: I am currently registered for the meeting and do NOT plan to attend the rescheduled meeting on October 14-15, 2021. What do I need to do?
A: You may receive a code/voucher towards a future event, valid for two years, and transferable to a colleague, or transfer your registration to another event by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to process all requests within 30 days, but because of an increase in the number of enquiries, processing may take longer than normal.
Q: I had cancelled my registration for the meeting, but I am now able to attend the rescheduled meeting. Can I reinstate my registration?
A: Yes. You can send a request to email@example.com to have your registration reinstated at the original rate. Reinstatement requests can be made any time prior to the start of the event.
Q: I had cancelled my registration for the meeting and am unable to determine whether I can attend the rescheduled meeting at this time. Can I register at a later date?
